Sony VAIO VGN-NR11S laptop

It is not difficult to be impressed by Sony’s style notebook, as the machines are as innovative as they are beautiful. Except for budget notebooks, which tend to be a bit too basic for our taste.
However, the Sony Vaio VGN-NR11S has certainly changed this perspective, as it is a large notepad all-round for those who seek a blend of style and performance.
The first thing you notice about this machine is the style and use of materials. As with all notebooks budget, it is a plastic casing, but Sony gave a ribbed effect that makes it much more attractive.
The design is simple and discreet, but there is still packs a style all her own. The corners have been rounded up, it fits into your backpack easy. It makes them less vulnerable to damage should you drop it.
Open the lid and you will find what it takes Sony’s best entry-level keyboard ever. Well spaced, the keys sit squarely in the center of the chassis and offers plenty of space, even for the largest of the fingers.
Above the keyboard is a button fashion AV written about him, which when pressed launches a Linux kernel for watching DVDs, so you do not need to start up Windows to use the laptop for tasks multimedia.
With a weight of 2.9 kilograms, you will not want to proceed in this machine all day, because it is simply too large. However, the possibility is there, we found that we could regularly get four hours of standard battery pack.
What makes this impressive is the use of Windows Vista Home Premium, which is not exactly designed with mobile use in mind, as well as a specification powerful enough.
Powered by Intel Core 2 Duo T5250, the 1.5GHz chip is a good entry-level chip and supported with 2048MB of memory, is more than fast enough to carry out the tasks every day. However, at this price, one would have expected something a little faster. The hard disk of 200 GB is impressive because it means that you can hold large amounts of multimedia files without having to resort to copying to disk using the DVD recorder.
Where is this machine excels in the main characteristics. Thus, while the 15.4-inch TFT-Super group is nothing special, the quality of the panel certainly is. Brighter than most screens of this size, it seemed ideal for films, because there was a good level of contrast and bright colours.
It would have been nice to be able to play games on this machine as the screen and keyboard provide a high quality. Unfortunately, the graphics are integrated Intel GMA X3100, which is good for films and spreadsheets, but not for anything too advanced.
